I took this yesterday outside the oldest church in Philly where many of the past presidents and betsy Ross attended. My oldest has wanted to be president since he could speak LOL (not a job I want him to do but...)

I have a photo like that of a friend. I attributed it to raindrops, the flash illuminating them...and this looks very similar...?
