A friend of mine purchased a mini about 3 years ago. The breeder that she bought him from signed the transfer papers etc. She still has yet to get them transfered. At the time of sale the mini was a yearling and is now a 4 year old. Is she still able to get the papers updated or did AMHR drop them since they were never brought permant.

She can still do the transfer but it will cost more.... not sure how much but for some reason 100 sticks in my mind.

They have sort of been dropped, but can be brought permanent. She has to do the transfer, and pay late fees and then pay to have him brough perm too.

Since the horse is AMHR registered it will cost $25 to transfer on a late transfer and $10 to take permanent since the horse is over three and the papers have expired. Thats it.

great! way cheaper than i thought!
