Question about light harness and draft classes

I have read the new 2013 AMHR rulebook online, I cant find where it says anything about cross entering light harness and draft driving. Does anyone do this? I dont know who to ask but I have another local telling we better make sure, all I find is on country pleasure, western counrty pleasure, park and roadster. IF anyone knows the answer could you please post.
