Modern Breeders Sweepstakes Stallion Service Auction to be Held at Congress
The stallion service auction for the Modern Shetland 2013/2014 Weanling Sweepstakes will be held at the 2012 ASPC/ASPR Congress in Tulsa, OK, as a silent auction.
Information on the enrolled stallions will be available throught out the bidding times at this year's Congress. Services offered are for the 2013 breeding year. The resulting foals from these services will be eligible for a special competition in the summer of 2014. This class will be held at the 2014 Shetland Congress, the location and dates of which are yet to be determined.
To date, the following outstanding Modern American Shetland Stallions have been nominated. Services to these ponies will be available via auction during Congress:
Bourbon Street FMF (Area 5)
Excalibers Nights and Days (Area 4)
Created in His Image (Area 8)
Pony Vista's Legacy (Area 8)
Pony Vista's Hot Shot (Area 8)
Royalty's Heir of Nobility (Area 4)
Single G's Special Request (Area 5)
Jubilation FMF (Area 3)
Willowlawn's Mr. Unique (Area 6)
Knight's King Cody (Area 7)
Phone bids for stallion services will also be accepted.
Again, nominations of stallions are still being accepted - Looking for Modern Stallions in Areas 1,2 and 7- yet! We would like everyone to have an opportunity to have a great stallion offered in their area.
