When you hook up a side check to a driving harness bridle

what order does everything attach to bit in

is it:

side check top

bridle sides middle

reins bottom

I'm sure the order must matter and I can't find pics

that is from top of bit

Thanks

Lori

We had a picture up at one point and I can't find it now.

It was bridle, side check, then reins.

Picture had to do with a myler type bit.

I'll keep looking.

Yes, on a regular halfcheek snaffle it's bridle cheekpieces on top, then the sidecheck, then the reins. If you have a Myler-type bit with a perch for the cheekpieces then it's cheekpieces (and overcheck, if you have one) on the perch, sidecheck on the ring in front of the rein bar and above the little ball, and reins behind the rein bar on the big open part of the ring.
