Pregnancy tests ??? help info???

Hello was wondering if you can use regular pregnancy tests that you can buy in any store on horses? I was told they work is this true or false? any info would be great thanks

I have heard that they dont work on horses as they test for different things.

However wee foal makes an equine home preg test for mares.

They do not work reliably because the things they test for are not complete indicators of pregnancy. When they come up with an eCG test we'll have a reliable test.
