I just heard from Mary and she asked me to post this for her.

Angel is still in the hospital, I was by there a few minutes ago and she was hooked up to an IV. The vet thinks we are dealing with either a partial impaction or a partial gut twist but is hoping with pain meds and fluids it will relax and take care of itself. I have already given the okay for surgery if needed.
