Prayers, good thoughts for daughter and

My daughter is 8 months pregnant and will enter the hospital at 1 p.m. tomorrow to bring he/she into the world. She was in labor for 26 hours last Sunday, making no progress, and then nothing. She has had tests the last few days, and they have decided tomorrow is the day.

We have know for months the baby had a kidney problem. They were going to repair it while she carried him/her, but because she was already having contractions, they just couldn't do it. Tried on 3 occassions and then decided to just wait.

My daughter has almost no fluid, so he/she has become stressed.

So tomorrow is the day, and then on Thursday at 5 he/she will have surgery to repair the kidney. They have already met with the specialist who will be doing the surgery.

Because of some problems my daughter has had, plus what the baby is going through, there will be a whole army in the delivery room.

Any thoughts or prayers would be grealty appreciated,,,,,and hopefully tomorrow night I can let you know if Kayla, or Aidan are here. (Not sure of boys spelling)

Well, no baby yet.

So here I sit. OH! OH!

Because of lots going on with both of them, they are going very slow and had to stop once. But since, all is going well, just slow. I have no hair and no nerves but am doing ok.

My daughter lives in NY,,,,,,,me in IN. For selfish reasons, I had already decided to wait 3 weeks to go out. My daughter wanted it as well. Her husbands family lives there and will get to see them every day. My hope is the newness wears off enough by the time I get out there, we will have some good time together. I see her maybe 3 times a year.

We have talked about this plan for months, thought I could do it until it got right down to it, now I am thinking how stupid I am.

Cause this ain't easy. OH!

Aidan Thomas, 6 lbs. FINALLY made it here at 12:13 a.m. This 4th of July.

WOW he was in no hurry. For now all are stable, more will be decided later of his surgery.

Not a easy one, but he is here, and Grandma needs some sleep. Will update later and with pictures.
