Parelli trainingfor ponies?

Has anyone ever been thru level 1 of Parelli Natural Horsemanship?

I am thinking of getting the level 1 for my 7 year old. We have a pony which

is great except for her reining is bad. She lets us do anything else we want

but when mydaughter gets on her she has a really hard time controlling her.
