Good job! I have had to catch foals too that were born with mom standing. I try to always grab a sheet too when the mare foals, much cleaner.

I enjoyed reading your story!! I've never heard of a birthing sheet before but can see the usefullness of one. We have one more baby coming and not sure when as she was pasture bred before we bought her. Really excited as she is bred to Martins Boozer Afterdark. Congratulations, he is very pretty!
