Sad to say there is a "breeder" I use that term loosely in my neck of the woods here in Idaho who has POA's all over the place.....She also has had her puppy mill busted and shut down several times ...the last time the dogs were found literrally underground in cages in trenches covered with tarps......I wonder if this is the same person I haven't driven out past her fields in quite a while......the really sad part is she has been busted SEVERAL times which goes to show our cruelty laws don't have enough bite
