AMHR National Show folks! I talked drectly to Leonard Davenport about the statement about moving stall panels at Tulsa. If FAIRGROUND STAFF move stalls or panels, they will charge YOU $25 per panel. If THE EXHIBITORS move stalls (fold them back behind drapes etc). THERE IS NO CHARGE to you, BUT you will have to move them back into position when you leave or you still will be charged the $25 per panel. AMHR was hit with over $4,000 in stall moving fees and damages last year. Let's not throw our registry money away!!! Don't put anything into the panels! Staples, screws, nails will cost you. If the damage is more extensive, you will be charged $250 each to relace the panel or panels damaged.
