Just thought I would post a little blurb about a new club that has been in the works for the past year and we have finally gotten most of the paperwork out of the way.
The Peach State Miniature Horse Club was established in 2010. A group of local miniature horse enthusiasts wanted to create a club with the goal of having some AMHR rated shows in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Along with shows, we hope to have clinics, fund raisers and other events to promote the breed.
We have held 2 very sucessfull fundraisers so far, a photgraphy shoot with Dixie Taylor and a performance clinic with Ricky Wardlaw of Cygnet Farms.We are currently working on a calendar that will be sent to all AMHR Area 3 judges and handed out at our first show next spring. Advertisers will also recieve 2 copies of the calendar. If you are interested in an ad its $75 for a full color page and I believe we have 2 slots left. Feel free to pm me for more info.
We are planning our first AMHR show to be held in the spring of 2012 in the Atlanta, Ga area so we hope you will join us! I will post more info once the details have been finalized.
