Need to Vent

WE have a huge lake in our middle paddock that is NOT supposed to be there, sure thats ok thats great for the ducks and fun for the horses......then the lake decides its time to relocate.....to my stables!!!!! Brand new bedding all completly soaked grrrrr, I went down to find katie huddled up on a small island of dry bedding right at the back of her stable!

I feel like its never going to end! I have to wait till end of september for my spring. Anyway im done, thanks guys at least my horses can swim.

Been there, done that- so has Marty and for her, at least, it's Summer!!

I get lakes on my bottom fields as they are a flood plain for the river- to add insult to injury the wild ducks swim around on them quacking at me!! Just think- as we are all going into Winter, you will just be facing Spring- I think I'll move, I LOVE NZ!!
