I am working on two different DVD slide shows. My software only allows one song per slide show so it has to be a really, really good one. So far I have Against The Grain by Garth Brooks for one, but what about the other? Needs to be something I can download as an mp3. I was thinking Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys, or My Heros Have Always Been Cowboys. What do y'all think?

We have to be able to tolerate hours of this music...... And if you come to the world show you have to stop and tell us how wonderful it is!!!!!

Could you maybe find something that was just instrumental? That way you don't get tired of hearing the words over and over and over...........

There are a lot of instrumentals out there that are long songs. It might not repeat as often.

I agree with the others - instrumental would be better although any music can tend to drive you up the wall from about the 2nd day on- this spring we were stabled beside someone at Equine Affair that played a video with an Arabian featured - to the tune of the instrumental "Greensleeves" - after hearing it played for about the 1000th time, myself and everyone else in the aisle stabled beside them had thoughts of going over and hitting the mute button.

Instrumental .....I wouldn't even watch if it was playing country music (just not my genre)

and for instrumentals might I suggest the music from Man from Snowy River it is lovely music and definately suited to horses

I had to get it finished, don't have instrumentals, so selected two Garth Brooks tunes and will hit mute very early!

Next time I will do this further in advance and find better music.

Oh, forgot to mention, I really hate most country music. Classic Rock is my favorite.

and sometimes you just gotta do with what you have.......muting it so as not to irritate your neighbors may be just the ticket
