Need some dog info

Our female who is pregnant has been trembling a lot lately? She has been going to the vets regularly lately and is fine there. It is very strange. She is fine then you will see her tremble...............and she does this often...........any hints?

Rob, How far along is she? Is she close to the end of gestation? Is she nesting?

I've had our Bitch do that at the end of her pregnancy, but it was along with other signs as well.
