NEED HELP WITH 1 WEEK OLD FOAL EYE

My one week old foal has some rawness around both eyes. These are not the best pictures but it is almost impossible to hold him and take the picture at the same time.

I would definitely call the Vet to come out or you take him in. I wouldn't fool around with eyes on a young foal.
