I took my gelding to our second show!!! We got a 6th out of nine people in halter. And a fourth out of 13 people in color!!!!!! I have only had in 7 months and he didnt know anything when I got him so I think he did pretty good!!! I messed up twice though in obstacle I forget to walk through the cones when I was done. And I didnt pivot him correctly in showmanship. I am so proud of my boy!!

It's a small world! We looked at him in Michigan near Levering, last year..nice quiet gelding but we weren't ready to buy yet, had to do a barn etc..

we congratulate you on buying Frizzle and wish you good luck with him in the future..Maxine

Congrats on your placings. I too am a newbie at showing. I went to three shows this year (didn't start showing until the last weekend in August). I was so proud on my gelding Flash. He learned very quickly what to do and made me look pretty good out there too. We went for the experience and came back from all three shows with at least one ribbon which is something we are very proud of for being new comers. Again, congrats on your placings and keep on practicing (I guess I should tell myself that!!)
