Well I started with one girl and now I have two girls. One is the offspring of the first girl. And now that I know how addictive these little ones are we are about to have a third chihuahua. His name was Ben, but is being changed by us to Petrie.

He is 4 lbs and is a tri color shorthair applehead. I can't wait to get him! He will be my main breeding male.

And here is a pic of the girls he will be romancing; the little one, Peanut, gets to wait a year, but mom, Poochie, will be ready in a couple months if not sooner.

Adorable! We have a black long hair girl named Mitzi who turned 9 years old this year. We love her to death. But I want to get a shorthair chocolate colored chihuahua next.

Love your Chi's! If I didn't already have other little ones, i'd probably have more. I just got my tan/white girl the first of Oct. and she turned 4 mo. old. She is just adorable and a quick learner. Even though it's cold outside (Colorado), she still likes to be outside with her little coat on.

Have fun with your new little guy and post more pics when you get them.

Chihuahuas are adorable. The Chihuahua Club of America offers lots of free info. on breeding these little ones responsibly and more:

Even if you're not into showing (or otherwise breeding to better the breed, not just to produce more pets to add to the already saturated market), health testing is so very important:

Please disregard all of this if you have already tested or will be testing before your first litters are conceived, and in that case, best wishes to you!
