This is our new dog Charlie. We have had him about 2-3 months, just haven't had time to post. We were fostering him, but decided to keep him. He came to us with a broken leg and a dislocated hip. He is doing great now, and is a great dog. We aren't to sure what he is, but he probably has some lab.

When we first got him.

Here is laying down.

He is very cute and what a lucky dog. I would say he is a hound mix, his markings look like a beagle and even those big eyes have a hound look to them. But no matter what he is, he is very blessed.

Thank you all! We just love him! He is the first "mutt" I have ever had, we have always had Shar peis, but since volunteering, working and fostering for a shelter we just had to keep one. I would say we will have many more "mutts" they are just great.

and what a lucky boy to have found you. Mutts can make the best dogs out. We have always owned purebreds too. We have our 2 standard poodles,(AKC) who are both fantastic furkids (one is only a 8 week old pup) but we also are owned by the sweetest mutt out. She is our Angel, who is lab x JRT. She is perfect in every way.
