My Boxer is covered in hives

I know this will get moved, but it is really late and there are more people on here. I do not know the cause at this point. She is approx. 86 lbs. Does anyone know for sure??

My vet has me give my Corgi one 25mg tablet twice a day, for three days, when he has an allergic reaction.

Hope she's better this morning, benedryl according to directions is what I have always done. "Then" you must figure out what caused the hives.
