I see they have listed all of them as misdemeanors - I wonder what the penalty was for all of this. Probably not enough to stop this idiot from doing it all over again.

Well just because something has been filed against him he is still free,,,Because He has Not been convicted or for that matters even been into court yet~! So he is really not guilty yet till the court says what his fine and or sentence is..He is still Innocent until he is found guilty in a court of law...
