The pony hasn't been stolen. There has been a fall out with Hallmarked Stud and myself (over selling rugs on Ebay).
Obviously I cannot go into detail on an open forum, but anyone who has a concern is more than welcome to contact me.

Actually that is pretty hard to do as I have been blocked from your Forum and your site for some reason???
I am well aware there are two sides to this story and I have my own views on the whole thing, but here is not the place to air them, as you so wisely state.
Can you tell me, though, how the horse has come to be flagged as Stolen??
Can you not get that removed??
