If your migraine is over 3 days - get to an emergency room. Having migraines longer than 3 days starts doing damage to other organs and raises your blood pressure too high. SEEK MEDICAL HELP!

Not only the organ damage, it may not be a migraine. Unless you have had them before, had them diagnosed , you can mistake other headaches for migraines. Also, meningitis ( not only the dread bacterial that we hear about) can feel like a migraine. There are other organic causes for migraine/migraine-like pain. Everyone should have a migraine, other other bad headache, profesionally diagnosed just to be safe.

Go to the ER. My 'migraine' was 2 aneurysms that could have killed me.
