looking for last owner of a horse

I have a horse that I need some paper work on and I need help finding the last owner. I have John T. Schwinn in MO as the last listed owner of a ASPC mare I have. anyone know how I can get in touch with him?

Found this on phone number online search -- Not sure if it is the right guy but the only one that pulled up on a search -- I am sure a phone call could resolve if it is him or not
