looking for a size 28" blanket

I am looking for a size 27-28 sheet and winter blanket......I live where it rains a lot so the winter blanket cannot have a belly band. I don't know if anyone has had the same problem as i have but the belly bands up the side of the horse seems to create a pocket and the rain just collects defeating the purpose of the blanket...

you know, actually i am not looking for a 28" blanket...the lil guy should mature to 28 .I don't know what I was thinking he will prob need a 36" maybe?????

What are his measurements now from the center of his chest to the tail? My weanlings to yearlings wore 28" blankets.

Kensington makes nice mini blankets. They fit the best out of everything I've used. I think the Amigo Petite Plus comes in very small sizes. I've never used them, though. I wouldn't recommend Schneiders, since the 2 mini turnouts I had got shredded pretty fast.
