Let's See Your TALLEST Minis

I have always appreciated the beauty of a nice B mini and have two tall ones at this time. I just love to see leggy, horse-like, B minis. They also can be so versatile!

Here is my golden palomino B division son of Ima Boones Little Buckeroo Too ("BTU"), Little Kings BT Bacardi Gold. He is one of my favorite horses... okay, okay... Bacardi pretty much IS my favorite among favorites. He is a 2004 gelding standing approximately 36.75". Bacardi has only been shown once so far, but went Supreme Champion at that show and I will be showing him again this season.

And this is my B division loud bay leopard mare, Little Wee's Klassic Showgirl. Klassy has five generations of appy breeding behind her, and most of her ancestors are leopard appys. She's a granddaughter of C-Chief Proud Eagle. She is a 2004 mare standing about 37.5". I plan to eventually drive Klassy and possibly breed her in the years to come to DunIT, who himself is a grandon of a famous appy -- Yellow Diamond Little Feather.

I too love the look of the taller minis!

Fevr is somewhere in the 37-38 region, haven't gotten a hold of a good measuring device to get an accurate measurement.

Here is a picture of him next to my sister for comparison, she is about 5'3.

I too like the leggy look of the "B" sized minis, and love the big movement that they offer.

This B sized mare is abt 36-37" tall.. She is a gold/cream Champagne, and is currently in foal to our 30" stallion.

Mare: 35.75"

Grand Daughter of Whittmaacks Mickey Mouse. This mare out produces herself with both colts she has had and now she is bred back to the sire of the "06" colt for an April/May "07" foal. Really hoping for a filly this time!

I hope to get Mickey started line driving this year and he may even be shown with the 4-H kids at the fair and local shows in halter and showmanship! :bgrin He is great to have around and is sweet natured and loves to babysit the foals...

We are not sure yet (although doubting it) if she is bred to Paco for a 2007 foal raven was hoping but she may have to wait another year- Anyway here she is in pasture condition

I'm a diehard B fan -- I love a horse that can look me in the eye! I like them at the absolute upper limit, although mealsuring in at shows can be a bit stressful.

MOOSE GREY MARE IS 36.25 INCHES.MOOSE AMHA NAME WAS WM STRAWBERRY MOUUSE, BUT SHE WENT OVER SHE IS A AMHR MINI NAME. WE HAD TO CHANGE HER NAME, BECAUSE WM WAS TAKEN ALREADY.

Here is my Champagne Mare, "SWA Champagne N Roses", a/k/a Rose. I haven't had her measured for "official" height yet, but "I" measured her right at 37".

First is Potion, AMHR Halter HOF she is between 35-36".

Next is Tamale, this is Potions daughter. SHe measures in about 36.5"-36.75".

What lovely well shaped horses on this post!!! Our tall boy Kid, approx 37" has a full brother that will mature around 30-31 " , go figure. But at 3 years old Kid is showing us he knows what to do with all those legs. He is turning into a real nice driving gelding.
