I would like to learn to drive. How do experienced people recommend that I proceed and if you know of any teachers in the middle Tennessee area, or even southern KY, please include that, too! Thanks for your help.

Joining a driving club is a great way to find people. I did a search on the ADS website for clubs in TN, and Nashoba Carriage Association came up. There is also Spokes & Spurs in KY.

Don't limit yourself to people with minis - driving is driving (for the most part, at least for the basics). I actually found my big horse trainer through a link from Leia's website. Look into Draft horse clubs, Morgan clubs, general driving clubs, and of course those affiliated with ADS. I also joined a driving club and almost all the new members have minis!!
