There were some nice horses there, but like you we were really good and only came home with a couple of sets of team harness and a spool of ribbon (when I went over to their store, we hadn't bought anything and I didn't think it was right to go to a horse sale and not buy anything so I solved that!).

# 24, 40, 43 were all bid in.....there ay be others but I know those ones for sure.

I have that #45 sold for $100 and the same buyer number bought #45 and 62 so I'm not sure about your no sale.

Yes they have to bid up their own horses now, no reserves are aloud.

All I know is the owner told me they did not let him go they bought him back, but did let the other one go for $275.00 that is why I said NO sale. no biggy.. either way.

I wish I could have gone today.....no one was here to look after the citters. The prices were good for buyers. Too bad, I need a couple of mares, and the only ones i hear about are not in that price bracket. Hopefully next sale.

It was sad to see the prices so low. It makes it hard for everyone to sell horses off the farm when you see prices like this.

There were some really nice horses and the prices did not do them justice.

Hope things change soon.

I agree, sure hope things change soon, and yes there was some outstanding horses but the prices was a buyers market. Sad but true.

There was some really nice looking horses there and the prices sure didnt reflect the quality of them.

The prices were great for buyers but I like buying directly off the peoples places as you see where the horses come from and I have been lucky because the few horses I have bought I now have those people as my friends and wouldnt trade them for anything.

So I am still looking for a horse.
