Just a reminder

When you groom your minis, check their ears, those fly bites and dirt really get in there.

I use baby wipes and than fly spray.

Any one want to add a reminder?

Give them extra water as we head into the warmer weather. Excercise in the AM if you are in the south, or wait until the day has cooled.

When it gets hot and dry remember to overflow your water troughs so their hooves get moisture when they drink from the tank. Now having said that we have had nothing but rain in ohio

Also watch foals in heat as they tend to overheat very easily.
