Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew of any really good driving trainers located in PA or MD? I have a 3 yr old filly that I started ground driving last summer and have worked her off and on all winter/spring, weather permitting. I would like to finish her myself but just don't have time or the help to get her finished. She ground drives really well and pulls a small truck tire around the yard and up the road with ease. She knows voice commands as well. I did have her hooked to the cart 5/4/08 and she pulled me around the yard and seemed to do really well, I had someone walking along side of us with lead rope attached to her halter under her bridle, in case if something happened.
If anyone knows of a really good trainer please post and tell me what you think of them and possibly a guess of how much one month's training would be. Thanks for all your help!
