I have a question....I'm 5'10" and my knees about hit my chin when I drive in my easy entry carts. Is it possible to raise the seat to give me a few more inches of legroom? I was thinking about adding a block of wood under both sides of the seat. My husband is a very good carpenter and could do it. Has anyone done this, or know of a solution?

Depends on the configuration of the cart, but yes, it is possible. Can you post a photo? You will also feel more secure in your position if your knees are below your hips.

Thanks Myrna. I have 2 easy entry carts made by Pequea Carriage and 1 Frontier easy entry. I think I will try to raise the seat and see how it works. Are there any types of easy entry carts with lots of leg room?

Hi You can have John at Pequea Carriage make you larger blocks. If you have the leaf springs. I think there is a lift kit also for the metal type carts.

Good Luck
