Anyone closer to the battered areas have names of organizations helping with the support of displaced animals from the farms, zoos, shelters hit by the hurricane? It is easy to find organizations helping the people in the city but not surrounding farms which will certianly be without food and with animals needing medical help.

Try these guys - I have talked/emailed them several times and they are great! They are loading up and heading to New Orleans real soon from Texas with supplies etc. They are also connected to FEMA etc.
