Help w/Supplement thread

Several weeks ago someone started a great thread of their favorite supplements. I meant to write/copy it because I wanted to try several of the mentioned things!!! Well I never did and now I cant seem to find it. What else is new!! If any one has a minute could you please see if you can find it for me. THANKS SO MUCH, Heidi
