Local miniature horse club has a newly formed fundraising committee.

Looking for fundraising ideas.

What have other clubs done for successful fundraising?

Our club has done 50/50 draws at meetings selling tickets for $1 each. We have also had raffles for non horse items such as a weekend trip for 2 for 1st, dinner and a movie for 2nd and a movie night for 3rd prizes. The members sold tickets. You could also hold a clinic with the proceeds going to the club. Have a used tack sale with members donating used tack items.

Having a newsletter and having feedstores, vets etc place there business cards. Advertising for sponsors that want ad in booklet about club show. Bake sales and the money going to the club. Especially now a cookie sale with different varitety of Xmas cookies for sale. Saves on allot of different Baking.
