The date for this event is getting close....We have some neat items to put in our goody bags and raffle....Attention VSE Drivers in the NorthEast There is a driving event planned just for miniature horses for October 25, 2014 at High-N-Mighty Therapeutic Riding and Driving Center in Ghent,NY. It will include a cones course, a trail obstacle course and a drive through the woods. For more info pm me. I am going to try and attach the flyer to this post.
We have organized this to be a fun event for minis. There is no official judging or dressing up. Our main requirement is that your equines and drivers are safe.
We are offering the ground driving option for those whose horses aren't driving yet but still want to come out and play. We are planning on starting at 10 AM and wrapping up with lunch at 1 PM. You can choose to do the cones and trail obstacle course as many times as you want. Weather is no problem because we have access to a beautiful indoor arena if it is rainy...otherwise we will be outside.
It is a great benefit to help High-n-Mighty and spend the day at a beautiful farm with other VSE drivers.

A friendly gathering of miniature horses/donkeys and their drivers.
Activities include Pumpkin Cones Course and Trick or Treat Trail Class.
Haunted Woods Drive (weather permitting).
Suggested donation: $35 per driver to benefit H&M programs. Includes lunch.
Lunch available for grooms and friends for $8 each. Limited to 12 turnouts.
Costumes optional….please think safety first!
Not quite ready to hitch and drive your mini but want to play?
Ground driving entries welcome to participate after the drivers finish the courses.
