I noticed this past week that Diego has been moving kind of funny in the hind end. Kind of like he has a dirty diaper back there. I haven't noticed it before, so I was wondering if it is a phase because he is growing? He has a little bit of a gut too, could that cause him to walk like that too? We do need to trim his hooves soon, could this also be a factor.

Need some reassurance

how old is he? this is normally a conformation fault that causes them to walk that way. for sure i would get a farrier out asap

He is about 5 months old.

I checked his legs today, they are straight, no stifle hocks, no toeing out. I am thinking that he is winging out
