I showed our homebred 2 year old colt, MiLo Acres Just For The Ladies or Jessie as he is affectionately known, at the Area 2 show and afterwards had the photographer there do a private little photo shoot with him. The pictures finally arrived in yesterday's mail. I really love this colt! Baby blue eyes, put together good, a real sweetie to handle and moves just beautifully - everything I want in a horse - so I just had to share these with you.

Thanks everyone! I am really proud of this boy and very much in love! He is as big a sweetheart as his daddy who was near and dear to my heart.

Jessie is very nice Lori, but I'm still waiting for some recent pictures of Manny! Manny needs to come live with me!

Did I mention lately that Peek needs a friend???!!!

I still didn't get my pics from Ashlands, hopefully they will arrive this week. Didn't a little birdie tell me Jessie was first in his halter class yesterday?

I don't know anything about a little birdie Yvonne, but this old chick was with him when he took 1st

in his 2 Yr. Old class.

He also took 2nd in Colour. His coat has a beautiful, natural gloss to it.

He is such a handsome boy, (and he knows it too) I just love showing him.

And the neat part is he also took a ribbon in Liberty - he moves good too!!!

Now Stephanie, I didn't say you were LOOKING for a man, just NEEDED one. Is this something your hubby should know???

I hope your photos come soon Yvonne! Me and the "old chick" heard your name called quite frequently at the show on Saturday too!

It was a great show Kim. I wish I had the time to stop and tell you all about it yesterday when you came to visit your Peek

Instead I was rushing around trying to bring our hay in while the sun shone - hopefully next week I will have a little more time to visit with you.
