I saw the rules about posting horses for sale but didn't see anything on this topic. There is a new driving show in Iowa, can I talk about it and inform people it is there?

It is the Eastern Iowa Carriage Classic. It is an ADS approved pleasure show. Wire wheels are allowed. This is the link for some info and prize list.
