I am really sorry this happened.

So far, I have been LUCKY. To me, the scariest part of buying a new horse is wondering if you can trust the seller. I have been lucky and am really fond of all the people I have bought from.

For what it's worth, it's not just mini horse people who have bad apples among them. I have heard horror stories about big horse sellers, too, and I swear they make those used car salesmen stereotypes sound pleasant.
