Hello,

We have had pop up lately of different sites of all kinds.

We had our computer work on for 4 hours the other week for errors. The computer was doing great until this week. Now we have pop up all the time, we can't type without something popping up. Anyways to fixing this problem.We have Norton virus on our computer.

List any sites that you have visit that cause problems with your computer.

Also it our email is hugh for some reason now, I like it when it was small. how do I fix this problem as well?

You probably have spyware

go to download.com and load spybot search and destroy

I run it about 4 times a week

also add a pop up blocker like google

You also probably have a worm called "big font virus"
