[SIZE=14pt]My filly just turned three and she is a silver no dapples just a run of the mill silver color you know one that looks like the color of a deer. Ok her Dad is a Palomino pinto. This year I noticed some lighter color on her sides and neck not white but for sure lighter. Now I’m just wondering is three years old still young enough for colors to change a bit? [/SIZE]

At three she could deffinetly still change colour. Some horses keep changing all their lives.

My Silver Stallion has NO Dapples and is never likely to get them. A lot of so-called "Dapples" have none which is why I stick to the base colour. My stallion is a Silver Black, NOT a "Silver 'Dapple' "
