Hello. I just purchased Cocosoya oil to use as a coat supplement this show season. I did a search on here, but can't really find an answer to my question. The dose listed on the jug for a full sized horse is anything from 1-8 ounces a day. I am looking to use it as a coat supplement, not for weight gain. For those who feed it for coats, how much do you feed daily? I have them at 1/2 ounce right now.

Thanks!

Jen

Feed 1/4 of what you'd feed a saddle horse. I think 1/2 oz is a good start. If you're not seeing the results you want in 60 days, bump up to one oz and so on. Each horse is a little different.
