CNN reports minis starving

Dont know what can be done but CNN just had a quick clip of a guy with 9 minis alive and 3 dead, no feed or water in Wakeland MS.

Could not catch the name and don't know if there is a contact at CNN to tell them a rescue group or visa versa.

Any suggestions.
