We've had our little yearling for about 6 weeks and I clipped him about 3 weeks ago with #10 blade and he is getting pretty fuzzy again. It has now reached 100 degrees hear in Oklahoma and I wonder how often to body clip him and when to body clip him for the last time before letting hair up for winter.

I'm ready to bring him home from the hospital! I miss him, but at least he is in air conditioning. I don't want him to get to accustomed to that though.

Thanks

I would make my clipping in early September, that will him enough time to grow a good winter coat. I am in Texas, and if I go to a show in October and clip, I then have to keep blankets on them for a long time.
