Yes Lindsay (Charmed Minis) ,
She is a maternal sister to Touchdowns Short Yardage here.

I measured him the other day. He is still 24" tall and will be a year July 27.
But he is sired by my buckskin Buckeroo grandson CR Bionic Touchdown and she is sired by my "tried and true" red and white pinto Tiny Acres Rambo.
I do pick up my tiny ones as long as I can
