Clamp on cart stirrups?

A while ago I though there was a thread that mentioned clamp on stirrups for sulky/bike type carts. I don't remember if it was aftermarket or just the ones that came with the HyperBike. I'm rebuilding my sulky and the current position of my stirrups kills my hips. Looking for a solution that doesn't involve welding if possible.

My bike has adjustable stirrups. Here is a video of my bike. Fast forward to about the 1 minute mark and you’ll be able to see the stirrups, they are adjustable to the different holes. If you need more pics, let me know and I’ll get you some.
