Hello Gang
If you have a spare moment to say a pray for us this Thursday night, we need it.
We have another City Meeting to attend. We have our property up for sale and its
already Zoned Commercial. We had a buyer who spent a year in Zoning getting us
Zoned and spent over $50,000.00 to do it. Unfortuntly he lost his finacing and he walk.
The problem is, he was buying us and the neighbors. Well, so we are zoned commercial,
Office, or Serivce Retail. Great.. but our problem is, he was buying 5 tracts of property.
So now us and dear neighbors are zoned together. Which means the City does not see
us as 1 acre, they see us as 5.81 acres. Even though we only own 1 acre. So this meeting
is to try to get our properties seperated from each other. We tried once last Dec. and
it was a meeting, well lets not go there... it did not go well.. So we are still tied together.
Well, we got a buyer, but he decided to buy the neighbors property, they had more
land then us. 1.81 acres, and he can build 3 office buildings. Did not make us happy,
but this is life. So they are the one's who this meeting is about, but it will seperate the
rest of properties out. We will finally be back to one acre and be able to sale our property.
And they are the one's who is paying for the Zoning to be fixed. So it is costing them, not
us. But they are trying to get 3 buildings on 1.81 acre. The City does not want more then
1 building per acre. So praying the City will not eat us all alive and approve it.
Its a huge mess, and its a huge pain. We just want to seperate our acre out, and sale and
move.
Please if you can also help us to pray to sale, we have several looking at us, and praying hard
they will buy. We are the last acre for sale in this area. So that should help us to sale.
We just want to sale and move.
