i cannot for the life of me explain why my husband, who said we had too many dogs when there were only 8, suddenly insisted that we get another ankle-biter to keep Darci company (right now Sherman is an inside dog since he is so young and so small, but once he grows up, he will most likely be outside with his parents and the "big dogs" - Darci will never be big enough to be outside without us because of the hawks, owls etc. so she is in the house when no one is home to be outside with). apparently the little ones just got to him
introducing Vada (that's her on the right) - she is dog #12 - for a few months, Lindsey is moving to East Mesa for school in June and her Tanner will go with her (shucks darn )
Darci is scouting for crumbs
sorry so many pictures of them eating but it's the only time they are awake and holding still!
a view from the top - Sherman was born Feb 11 and Vada Feb 14 - we weighed them last night and she is 1 pound 5 oz, he is almost 3 pounds!
tried for a closeup but it isn't too great
if the name Vada sounds familiar, you probably saw the movie "My Girl"
