Cart tires

Is there a certaain place where I can buy new tires for my show carts? I'm looking for the whole tire rim included. Thanks for your help. Joyce

I ordered different, bigger, 20" wheels for my Houghton show cart in 2004, and they were $320 (from Houghton) and did NOT include the hub, which I took from the other 16" wheels... These are the chrome wheels, not the wooden ones.
